are proposals that are compliant, but not compelling.”
We
describe the steps required to respond successfully to a Federal Request
For a Proposal (RFP), and demonstrate how to prepare for, manage the
development of, and deliver a winning response. The proposal management process
includes organizing the effort, staffing, analyzing the RFP, and then creating
the themes and responses in a compliant and compelling manner. This is the first day of a two-day
workshop with the second optional day covering proposal writing
techniques that is described in a separate course summary
Summary:
A day-long workshop which describes the steps
necessary to prepare winning proposals in the Federal environment. It
combines lecture and exercises to teach and motivate the attendees to
proactively manage the proposal process.
The workbook contains valuable material that can be used in
creating or amplifying your firm’s proposal processes.
Objective:
At the end of the workshop, attendees have the
ability to plan, schedule, and manage a competitive Federal government
proposal in the current environment, which including major proposal efforts,
oral proposals and responses to task orders. The course provides the
participants with the ability to adapt proven methods to their company
culture, structure, and the proposal at hand.
