This report,
from COLMAR Corp., contains specific forecast information on 83 agencies
and departments. Additional summary forecasts are provided for the
Civilian, Defense and total Federal Information Systems markets. The
forecasts are developed in a “bottoms up” approach, each agency being
examined and forecasted independently. The subscription service option
provides you the luxury of receiving revised forecasts as Congressional
and Departmental changes occur throughout the year.

plus tax as a monthly update service whose subscribers receive a monthly
update to the forecast as the impact of new budget developments are
analyzed and digested by the TAFFIS analyst.
Federal Department IT Budget Analyses
$200 plus tax per Agency
The analyses are available for each of the departments
and agencies listed below. The reports break down the IT budget into
major categories of expenditures, forecast these expenditures through
2002, and develop a compound annual growth rate for each category over
that period. The analyses also identify major IT initiatives included in
each agency’s IT planning document and forecasts expenditures through
2005. The level of detail in each report is a function of the level of
detail in each agencies plans. The reports are deliverable
electronically.
